This competition is for the fastest of the fast, and the best of the best. If you can’t finish a haircut in less than 15 minutes then this battle is not for you. Models must have at least #2 length on top, no pre-cut, no prior lines or shape-ups. Hair will be cut to 1 1/2 on top to bald on sides. Barbers will be judged on the blend of the fade, how nice the line is, and the cleanliness of the haircut.
This is for any barber that wants to show off their artistry skills and creativity from simple to the most complex design. Come with style or don’t come at all. Barbers will be judged on how creative and clean their cut/design is. Barber is eligible to use any color he/she wants with 40 minutes to complete. No pre-cuts. Barbers will be judged on the complexity, color uniformity, the design, and overall haircut.
This competition is designed for the average barber. In this battle we will see who can complete a traditional haircut ( taper, pompadour, comb over and etc) in 40 minutes. Barbers will be judged on difficulty, outline/edge up, precision of blend, total appearance and professionalism.
BEST OL’ SKOOL:
This is for any barber that wants to show off their artistry skills and creativity from simple to the most complex. Come hard or don’t come at all. Hair cut much consist of an 70’s – 90’s haircut style complete with a Total Look. You have 45 minutes to complete. No pre-cuts. Barbers will be judged on the complexity, creative, color, uniformity, cleanliness and total overall look.
Haircut must be high and tight or a low fade. Hair on top must at least be a at least left at a 1 blade in length, but not limited to (Drop fade, Burst fade, Flattop, South of France, Mohawk and etc. Haircut must show graduation in fade. Barbers will be judges on blend, graduation, uniformity, cleanliness, overall haircut. You have 30 minutes.
This competition is for students wanting to show off their skills. You have 30 minutes to complete the cleanest cut. Haircut has to show a blend. Student will be judged on overall look and cleanliness.
